If you're experiencing an error message when submitting a payment, please note that your Customer Number and Account Number must be six (6) digits long and include any leading zeros. For example account number (12345-12346) must be entered as (012345-012346).

Please enter your six digit Customer Number (numbers before the dash, including any leading zeros) and your six digit Account Number (numbers after the dash, including any leading zeros).

Please note that you may need to allow pop up windows while on the site in order to make payments or view your bills.

If your account has been disconnected for non-payment, the total balance due must be paid in order to reinstate your service. Payments made after 4:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday or 11:30 a.m. on Saturday will result in service being reconnected on the next business day. Accounts that have had water disconnected for 7 days or greater require an appointment for reinstatement.
