Customer Number is the 6 digits before the dash
Account Number is the 6 digits after the dash

Click CONTINUE after entering Customer Number and Account Number.

If your account has been disconnected for non-payment, the total balance due must be paid in order to reinstate your service. Payments made after 4:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday or 11:30 a.m. on Saturday will result in service being reconnected on the next business day. Accounts that have had water disconnected for 7 days or greater require an appointment for reinstatement.
